    Best Pistol Stands?

    Hi,

I am thinking of standing my pistols on display in a cabinet and was wondering if anyone else does this and what stands they use? The pistols range in size from a Webley Junior up to C02 revolvers. Any help locating a supplier would be handy as all I can find are fleabay types.

    Thanks

Amazon has a fair few options made from different materials, I only currently have 1 pistol on display and for that I just used a basic clear acrylic stand made by HFC (one of SMKs import brands), was only about 4 quid and has held a fairly heavy Beretta rep fitted with a laser and mock suppressor fine for quite a while now.
Some Airsoft places might have bulk deals on them (as HFC is an airsoft manufacturer but a stand is a stand) so worth having a search.

I saw one where someone replaced the backboard of a display cabinet for a thicker wood. Then drilled holes and inserted little dowel rods in the right places for his pistols to be displayed in a nice order. I'm guessing he used a glue of some sorts to keep the dowels in place and also stained/ varnished it to look nice. Been trying to find the full article to link here, cant remember where I saw it.

Otherwise these look nice but are not cheap if you need a bunch. https://www.ancientwarrior.co.uk/pro...fcdUdHrc&gQT=1

Thanks Delta I will check out Pinterest or something to look at the blackboard design, the link you provided shows a nice way to display a gun but I have around half a dozen so it would be too expensie

Sounds like almost a version of Pegboard, which isnt a bad option if displaying a lot of guns on a single wall as you simply add each peg where it supports each Gun best and if you want to be fancy backlight it so the light shines through the holes and shilloutes the Guns.

They are an Airsoft brand but not a big big name as such, mostly entry level Guns, almost equivlent in a way to what SMK does for Airguns so they might be even called something else in their homeland, stuff like the stand and some other kit does translate over to proper airguns and can often be cheaper so always worth a look.
