For Sale: A 1946 or first version of the post war Webley Junior air pistol in
.177. This pistol being the first variant made after the war has the following features:
1. The black grips have forward 'extensions' at the top of each of them, and the 'chequering' on each grip is coarser than later models.
2. The rearsight is non-adjustable.
3. Batch number 774

The pistol is in really excellent original condition having virtually all its blued finish with just minor wear to the frame where it has lain in the box.

The box itself is also unique to this model having a pale orange label, (as opposed to bright orange) with the sides of the lid and the base being covered in a pale grey paper as opposeed to the later 'crocodile' type.
The box is also in really crisp condition, the only negative feature being three pellet holes through the lid, but actually thay are not that noticable.
Otherwise the lid and base are tight, square and without splits. In the box is the original Webley sachet of pellets and an old 'Milbro' target.

A rare junior in cracking condition therefore - Price £190 + post.
