Scope has no turret caps and has a very slight flat on the ocular housing where something has caught it.

It has a one-piece mount complete with with screws.

Says “Webley 1.5 x 15 Made In Japan For Webley & Scott Ltd”

I assume it was for the Webley pistols as it has a very long eye relief. The cross hairs are very fine.
