I've been having a dabble but stalled through lack of essential parts.

With thanks to CraigP, Spartan and Tinbum I now have enough parts to continue.

Now unfortunately I'd taken the cylinder I'm using for the gun back to bare metal, so I've spent the last few days building a heated fume bluing cabinet so that I can reblue the action before assembly. :-

Yes, it's a wheely bin with a heater in the bottom, so I won't be assembling the gun for a couple of weeks now until it's blued.
