Mine is accurate, has a lovely cocking & firing cycle. No twang, gentle thud on firing with next to zero recoil. My Longbow is only restricted by my ability to shoot.

The trigger is very much on par with the best of the German or AA TX triggers.

Yes, spares may become an issue but it doesn't stop this rifle being in the top tier. The build quality on the Tomahawk & Longbow is excellent & much better than current HW rifles.

I owned a fully lazaglided HW80 for which Venom also did a barrel shortening, recrown & slim tech venom silencer & it was honestly not as good as the Longbow. Don't get me wrong it was an excellent rifle but the Longbow is easier to shoot for me.

The stock design is also superior to many other manufacturers stock designs. Really ergonomic & easy to shoot whatever position/hold is used. My Longbow has a Halinfax carbon reflex silencer fitted which retains the compact carbine length & really quietens it down.

Short stroke option is also good. The only issue I have seen with the Longbow is some suffer from a click on cocking due to the cocking shoe but it is easily sorted.
Couldn't argue with any of that and the Longbow, together with some other later Webley models, obviously benefitted from the Venom input. Still on my want list. I think some tuners have actually gone down the long stroke route with the Longbow?
