I know that there's them that would strut about exercising their "rights", but despite the sub 12fpe off ticket nature in England & Wales, ownership & possession in a public place, comes with legal responsibilities.
Plus there's always the chance a motel resident catches sight, calls the police. Leaving you to explain the situation to an

They really should get some cream for that!
