RWS Rapier air leak!
Hi all, I had a leaky Rapier so I bought a seal kit from TW Chambers and carried out the repairs.
I thought I’d solved the leak but over about 3-4 days all the air leaked out again.
So I bought some leak detector spray and found it was coming from the screws that hold the inlet valve in place.
Since there is only one seal between these screws and the last seal I decided to replace it with a slightly thicker seal but this was to no avail! There doesn’t appear to be any damage to the seal or chamber so I’m totally at a loss of what to do next and any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan
