    thanks all.
just taken the flip up off the end(bell) ,then had to fit the ring(which is the adapter)for the sunshade and then fit the flip up on the end(bell).
cheers guys, much easier with the instructions, you have given.
the two "spacer`s" as i called them, are the tools for undoing the flip ups.
thanks for all the help, from the above guys, you are stars.
    cheers al

Got a second hand one off Jumbo this morning.

First impressions are the same as every one else's it seems.

As soon as my ticket comes through, this puppy is going on an Annie 1417.

Could be a couple of months wait though.

    Manuals

    Hi chaps
Sorry for the standard of the manuals. In hindsight the copying was simply not up to scratch. However - I have found a setting on the photocopier that makes a massive difference!
They will always be photocopies - I don't think the average customer wants to pay a few quid extra for the privilige of a glossy manual he only reads once - but now will be much more legible.

Anybody wants replacements e-mail us at mtcoptics.co.uk and we'll post

The big problem for me is what gun to put it on, I think .177 air rifle for now as I want to try out that rather nice ret, I will probably eventually put it on a .308 where the holdover ballistic lines would also be rather handy at longer ranges, although as that rifle is stainless I will probably go for the nice blingy silver 3-12 version

Also a very nice looking scope in a Tactical sort of chunky way

    Well done MTC

Gary, would it be possible to produce the instructions as a downloadable file (pdf)?
Or build them into a page of your website?

This may save you postage etc, and allow people to download copies as they wish.

These viper scopes seem to be outstanding value for money. Would the 6-24 x56 be suitable for use on a centrefire(204) or are these designed exclusively for the airgun market?

Hoping the answer is - very suitable indeed!
