Big nikko zoom problem

Hi all,

I have a big Nikko and today, during a training session, i noticed that the zoom ring was stuck in the 50X position. Yesterday it worked fine. Today, the first time I tried to change position, it didn´t move at all.

Any hint?

I have come across this problem before
sorry to say it was a return to Nikko for repair

If you have screwed one or both of the turrets too far in, this can jam up the zoom ring. Try centering the turrets, then work the zoom. If this solves the problem, you may need adjustable mounts, eg BSquare to zero your scope.

This is a common problem with Big Nikkos.
The new ones with green turrets have been modified to avoid this problem.

Glad you got it sorted... I did the same thing, and sent my scope back to ASI. They were very nice, but I felt like a complete idiot..!
