OH NO! Very sad news Ben, he was a nice fella and went out on afew occasions shooting, good person and was a great shot too, he gave me a skinning knife as a present because we had such a laugh when he saw my skinning knife, we laughed so much that day. Will be sadly missed by me. May Alan rest in peace. and my condolences to his wife and two daughters.

    Shocked and saddened

My condolences to his family. We had some great discussions at LV about scopes and optics and I was always impressed by his enthusiasm and knowledge.

    He will be greatly missed.

I am extremely saddened to learn of Alan’s death.

Alan was a true gentleman; his integrity, knowledge and kindness are attributes that, when combined, are very rare.

    I will miss our chats.
