It looks like a BSA Airsporter to me
I've just bought this old airgun and there's absolutely no markings other than a serial number....GB15942. It's an underlever with twist to load pellet chamber. No dovetail and the barrel is tapered. It's a lovely old gun.
Thanks for your help.

If you choke a smurf, what colour does it turn?
We Are Tottenham! Super Tottenham! We Are Tottenham From The Lane!
It's a Mk.1 .22 BSA Airsporter dating from 1956 - 1958.
"GB" prefix on serial number makes it a MK1 according to Chambers Gunmakers website who sell spares
WANTED: Next weeks winning lottery numbers :-)
Mk 1 ok but what are the two screws for on the trigger block?
Peepsight?
Cheers Mick
Thanks for the very fast replies on this one chaps. Another question, what’s it worth, but I must add, it’s NOT for sale, I like it too much to sell it.
Rob.....just can't part with old airguns.
