Could you explain why after accepting my offer and agreeing to sell it to me, you then went on to sell this at a higher price than i offered?

    This isn't an auction site.

Mark was the first to confirm he would send a cheque. Sorry to have annoyed you

NONSENSE! you agreed a sale at 4.03 PM yesterday with me, Mark PM'd you at 4.16 PM.
You PM'd me again at 4.40 PM to say you'd been offered full price.
I still have the PM's with the times.

Don't use Mark as an excuse, the true is you wanted the extra cash and Mark obviously offered the full amount.
All you had to do was either advertise the gun with 'No offers' on price, or inform me that you was holding out for the full price, but you would sell it to me if the full asking price was not offered.

Like i've already stated this isn't an auction site.

I am dealing with Scott with another pistol and he seems very helpful indeed-by what you have written it appears that you were not prepared to pay the asking price and the other chap did .

Surely an auction would mean the item being sold for more than it was advertised for ?

C'mon just think of the next bargain that could be just around the corner

No disrespect Dave but this is none of your business.

We agreed a price, a deal was struck....end of.
Would you be happy under the same circumstances?
