Question Can some one put a price on these classic airguns?

My neighbour wants to sell these rifles and wants to know who much he can expect to get for them.
The first one is a BSA Club .177 S/N E10527. Needs some repair work on the stock and it has had some repair work done to another part of the stock.
The second one is believed to be an Midland Gun Co. Demon. Production between 1919 to 1935. Needs some work and a replacement rear sight.

I don't know about the BSA but if it's any help a Midland Gun Co. Demon sold recently at auction together with a Sheridan Blue Streak for £130, details below:

"A .177” Midland Gun Co “Demon” break action air rifle, stamped “3.27” (1927) below the breech, with nice quality pale walnut butt with chequered semi pistol grip, GWO & C (minor wear overall, rearsight replaced); and a 5mm Sheridan Blue Streak pneumatic air rifle, c 1952-63. VGWO & clean condition 2"
