I've just spoken with David Turner of Kibworth Shooting Ground and explained what we are hoping to do on Sunday. He seems a thoroughly decent cove and didn't have a problem with you guys coming along and shooting, providing you are safe and well supervised, which of course you will be.
We'll be shooting Skeet - trust me, you'll love it!
Better pack some wet weather gear just in case the weather turns nasty, safety eyewear if you have it, and a baseball cap is de rigueur for Skeet - you'll see why on the day! #
All the best,
Mike.
Hi Mike,
Due to work and financial constraints I won't be coming to this years meet and I'm really gutted about it....
I have explained to Paddy the other day and am really sorry I can't make it, hate to let people down. Thanks again for organising the clays...hope you and Tony really powder 'em...
Regards....Eric.
That's a shame Eric, I'm gutted for you.
Maybe next year fella.
Hi Mike,
I'm gutted too I am having to rely on someone for a lift, both to and from Coventry and I doubt very much that I will be able to make it either as I believe my chaufere (sp?) will be comming back sunday morning.
I had forgotten about the shoot on Sunday til I saw your post
Some other time hopefully as I have never fired a shotgun and this would have capped the weekend off perfectly.

No worries, Tony. Cheryl and I will soldier on and miss as many as we can on your behalf...
