    What Rifle is this please?

0.22 pre charge single shot rifle. Stainless barrel and action with primitive rolling safety catch. Similar ish to an early Titan but what is it?
Ps holding charge well and works!!

As toolmaker, gun/bike/everything mechanical serial fiddler/repairer/...this looks like a well executed "special"... I wont say "home made", as more than one person I know has a garage set up of mills, lathes, tool grinders etc.,...that would put some gun producers product finishes to shame with the things they make at home (they are both model engineers) and that description would not do it justice.....either that or perhaps a prototype or pre-production/ evaluation mule of some sort....probably way off the mark here, but its just my personal opinion...

P.S. if it as stainless, I hope that is silver used on the brazed fittings.

    Thanks edbear2
I'll check on the brazing but being over 20 years old I hope it is up to the job.
I have been told this is a prota type but that may just be a tall story?
I was hoping someone may confirm this
many thanks for the speedy reply

Given the similarity to an early Daystate, I wonder if it might be one of Don Lowndes prototypes of a Huntsman.

    Early Daystate|:

That is my impression too-having seen a few of their older rifles in the factory museum
    Never go off half cocked....
