I have an aluminium briefcase type flight case which has that pick and pluck type foam which I want to replace for my new pistol, anyone know who supplies it? thanks in advance.
just looked, and that foam is too thin

They are near the Angel, Islington. (London) If you call in they may have offcuts.
Dunelm Mill stores do foam sheets. Best way is to use thinner layers, and cut out sections to over-lay.
Try here they will have what you need

How about this one from the #### ads page

AA TX200 MK2 .177, MK3 Barrel, long stroked & shortened T/P

While you are about it, why not try the 3 layer route...middle one to cut out the shape of the gun and the two outers for protection
Another vote for Dunelm Mill. I've an aluminium case that I keep some CCTV equipment in, and used 2 layers to create the required depth - doddle to cut as well.
