    Meteor washer

The BSA part number for the washer is 16-1050 according to diagrams in Dennis Hiller's book.

    Hi grumpar

You'd be better off ordering part number BS040 from chambers.

The part number is for a Weihrauch HW35/80 breech seal and it gives a better seal and last longer than the BSA one.

I did what Danny did,and bsa sent me 3 regular seals and a new black type of breech seal that they are going to put in there guns.I have put the new type seal in my Scorpion pistol and it is better made and fits nicer then the standard seal.

If you need lots of BSA/Weihrauch breech seals then you could do what I do.

Find a nice new Scania Lorry and take the breather pipes off the fuel tank, these pipes are 8mm ID X 12mm OD and are made of hard rubber.

Mount some of the pipe in the lathe and cut to length with a stanley Knife blade mounted in the toolpost --- instant breech seals.

    All the best Mick
