It looks to be a 19th Century Afghan Flintlock Jezail , these come up quite often at auctions, but the quality varies hugely.......I have seen them make £80-800!
If you google the above description, you will get dozens of hits from gun traders, auction houses etc.......good luck!

The only additional information I can add is that the lock is an Indian Pattern lock (Brown Bess) of the type used on British muskets after 1809 or a copy of one which is most likely.
