    Hi from Suffolk

Ive been lurking for some time so thought Id introduce myself....ex Army....used to shoot as a kid and now the proud owner of an Umarex 850.....it seems that ARs have come a long way since I was plinking!!

Im already looking to upgrade to the BSA R100 and have about 4 acres overrun with rabbits...Im spending a lot of time practising in the garden before I go off hunting.

Loads of excellent info on here and I look forward to learning lots!!

    Doug

To be honest if you want to get back into air i highly recommend the club i goto in shepreth, CambridgeHFT (recenly renamed from Shepreth AirunClub)

The members have a wide range of guns and all are generally willing to let you pull the trigger a few times, plus the course will get you back into the habit

admittidly its a very long drive from Bury, especially if your at the other end of Bury

Ive looked at the Cambridge site mate...its not too far...I travel all over the UK doing my reenactment thing.....

Not sure Im ready for all that high tech shooting at 50ms and spending a fortune on all seeing scopes....well not yet anyways. Be good to come along though and have a look at what you get up to!
