I think we need to sit down and discuss some kind of exit strategy this coming weekend.
We've been doing this for over 4 years now and unless we have a cut off point, there'll be no end to it; with the hut being what it is.

As far as the original remit goes, we've done what we needed to.

    This weekend

Really looking forward to seeing you all again this weekend. As nearly all the work to make the range a fit place to train will be finished this weekend it may be the last work party. So the next date for your diary will be the Christmas party the first weekend in December. See you on Saturday (Sol on Friday night) and yes please Tim bring any hand/power tools you have as JMB won't be there till the Sunday.

Lots of work done this weekend, the final weekend, namely cladding the outside front elevation (this will have to be completed at some point by a team); constructing some new tables; strengthening the rear fire doors, and laying carpet tiles in the conference room.

I was outside all weekend, helping Steve Valentine and Oilyrag (Nick) doing the cladding, so unfortunately I don't have any pics from the other work areas. See attachments for the front walls.

Those who have experienced the work parties at Stoke Mandeville will know how great the camaraderie is. Well, it was no differen this time. You're all diamonds, and you need to be proud of yourselves for achieving what we have.

Got in about 30 minutes ago, I'm absolutely f****d

All come together now, even the rain couldn't stop us completing that outside cladding.

I can't believe how different the ranges now look.

Thanks to all who took part this weekend, Sol, Timmah, Neil, Snook, Oilyrag and my good lady wife who made it this trip and did a sterling job of laying the carpet tiles in the conference room.

And Special thanks to my loyal apprentice, Dave, we made a good team, pleasure to work along side you.

Sorry if I forgot to mention anyone.

I think we ought to list what work we have completed?
