    Optima gamekeeper scope valuation


    hi all
    i have a optima gamekeeper scope in virtually unused condition complete with box i have had this scope since the early 80,s
    any opinions on this scope will be greatly appreciated

    I have one myself and its a little cracker.Found on E-bay think from memorey I paid £150 for her.

    I can't remember exactly what I paid for mine but I think it was about £65 (from DM80 IIRC). But I paid twice that for a boxed, mint Beeman SS2 (or was it an SS3?) with adjustable objective lens. £150 sounds a bit steep even for a boxed SS1/Optima Gamekeeper.

    with a 16mm front lens, thats nigh on £10 per mill.

    I've seen one of these go for £170 on the bay and the Beeman for more.
