Are you sure about the serial number?
The number you gave is for a 1960's model but the stock seems to be from a later model?
The reason the number IS important, is because the early models had a 13mm diopter rails and later ones had 11mm ones.
Remove action from the stock to check the number as sometimes the first digit is not stamped on all parts .

Your HW55T is made in 1980 andere has a 11mm rail.
Best bet for a original diopter is Egun.de

I have 2 hw diopters
1 is fitted to my hw55. It is the wide 13mm fit
The one for sale is a narrower fit.
It probably is 11 mm and not 12mm as as I believe they only made them in 2sizes
If you are interested, I will measure it and inform you of its exact size tomorrow.
