Thumbs up 1950 Mint Hakim for sale.

Hello guys, just realised that this add belongs to the collectors corner here.

I am selling my beloved 1950s Hakim military trainer air rifle. I bought it from a collector in Germany, and been looking after if for few years.
It is a .22 full size rifle designed by German Anschütz to mimic the Egyptian Hakim rifle, for military training purposes. It is an immaculate condition. Great power and accuracy, has the adjustable rear sight, and the ejection port handle imitation, which have been ground off in many models by the owners. But this one is all original. It is a tap loader using the standard .22 pellets

Have a look at the pictures and enjoy.

I bought it for £700, and looking to get what I paid for + postage. Will post, or prepared to meet at reasonable distance.

    Thank you for looking.

Very nice example that Matey, I have one with similar tigering on the stock, but not as good as yours overall. I don't think this is the place to sell anything good at the moment, but good luck....

    What a stunner!

A real beauty, but rather a niche rifle.

But I've definitely seen people asking about military trainers on here before. So maybe not the worst place to start trying to move her on.

In my opinion, for something I've never even heard of before, reasonably priced compared to it's BSA equivalent. But hey what do I know???

It really does look great, stunning condition for it's age and that tiger striping!!! Is it real?

Very nice looking design, where as some of the -few- trainers I've seen are rather ugly.

Hope you find someone to take over looking after it for a few more years.

Excellent example. As with all collectables they can take a time to find the right buyer. Just that it is known that an example is on the market is a good start. A buyer might turn up anytime from seconds to months; all a bit of luck who is looking and who has the dosh.

Anyhow, all the best with your sale. Its a desirable thing because if I had unlimited funds I'd have it and I don't even collect this kind of thing. Love it.

Thank you for the positive comments guys. It is a lovely example. Took me quite some time to find. Will try more specialised sites to find her a new home.
