Good post.
Pretty basic but it all works, much the same as the proper kit.
Ehh, how you gonna fireform .303 cases without a .410 ?
I've had this itch for a few years now, and its on my bucket list, that is, to reload .410 with simple tools.
There's lots of stuff on it on youtube, so I thought I'd give it a go:
Decap - 14mm socket and 5mm galv nail gound flat
Reprime - Hex socket from electric driver
Mini digital scales £2.99 off that auction site.
Kitchen funnel
Order of charge
Shot
Sealing the overshot card
It wasn't hard to do, however I did research a lot on the net to ensure safe practice.
I'd like to get some .303 cases and fire form them parallel and do a brass load.
Quite chuffed, however I don't even have a .410 in my cabinet!

a gun is just a tool how its used is dependant on the person behind the trigger .
This is why constant restrictions on legal users will have no effect on the unlawfull use of guns or knives !
it better to use a roll tool to close the case a better job you can get 1 that fits in a drill
you can use a Hex socket from electric driver to decap if you fit a small bit in it
Liking this thread a lot
Thanks for looking
a bloke sells them on e bay for £14 posted they are gr8
I just put the shell on some wood and hold it by hand
Cheers! That's the type of shellholder that fits the budget.
Well if you are happy to use 2.5" shells then .444 Marlin cases are excellent. I use them in my Winchester 9410 to great effect.
