odd the link was working ? just look at air guns recently added
splosh. Sorry to have doubted you.
Its a shame that the stock was split.
It looks like a good repair job from what i can see but im not sure how strong it would be.
Links working fine, The price is a joke.
Why the smile splosh?
are repaired stocks liable to break again, even with a top class repair job?
Would it always be a weak spot?
Looks great , near invisible repair as it says by the look of it
cheers Splosh
Not sure why he's trying to shoot through his toes?
To test the power perhaps?
That was my old stock from some years ago. Wasn't broke when I sold it but it has changed hands a few times!!! the guy has done a nice job on it. Price is abit much to be honest but I think it has had a full service by Lyn Lewington. Old action but later Lazahunter stock! Mach 1.5
I'd have thought that's the going rate. We all might like to get it cheaper. But workmanship on the repair looks top drawer. And the rifle looks top shelf!!!!

hi the rifle is spot on i know the guy its a good buy to rich for my blood
Hi Guys
Just wanted to confirm that I brought this rifle from Keith, which I picked up on Monday and it really is a cracker. The stock has certainly been professionally repaired to a very high standard, as you cannot tell that it is actually fractured across the pistol grip, even when you look at it closely.
I have quite a bit of experience with gun stock refurbishment, and given a few coats of oil, this stock will be pretty much perfect.
The only point that I cannot decide is wether I should get the action re-blued as it does have some light rust spots starting. I will 0000 wire wool these later and see how it goes as, I don't really want to loose the Lazaglide sticker, even though it is faded.
All in all a great Original HW80 Venom Lazahunter rifle that I am really pleased with, as they are hard to get now a days.
All the very best
David

Well done David, nice to know the old girl has come back home, atb Daz
Hi Daz
Thank you.
It really is a small world, as up until the age of 23 I actually lived opposite the Venomac Larger shop at the top of Mucklows Hill in Halesowen.I used to go into the Venomac shop and buy shooting items, but I never actually ordered a custom rifle from them at the time.
I have brought a few Venom Rifles since and have obviously had to pay a higher price for them and Im totally hooked on them now.
They are an affliction....!!
Kind Regards
David
