Some UK sellers would sell cheaper grey imports but most just charge the same as genuine imports now!
No way I'm a Weihrauch buff but have they ever discontinued any of their range of air guns ?
I know the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" but it appears that they continue to make their range year after year with the occasional addition !

The original HW85 was developed into the current 95 but it is substantially different such that I would argue the original 85 was effectively discontinued. The same goes for the original HW50 and I don't think the 55 has a modern version either.

Pretty remarkable that they have kept production running on so many or their models when so many other manufacturers have discontinued so many of their guns.

It is, isn't it? The HW35 still being in production is roughly the equivalent of BSA still making the Airsporter, or Webley the MkIII.
And the HW70 spring pistol dates back to the early 70s - so it predates and has outlived the Webley Premier Mk2, Hurricane, Tempest, BSA Scorpion, etc.
Of course, there are no more factory Tyroleans, or (I think) walnut Export and Luxus stocks.
The HW70 was always crap, and should have been put to sleep years ago.![]()
There's a site in Germany that the odd post directs you to, which has a good number of variations on all the current models and I wonder why these are not available over here. I suppose demand and market research have a part to play and there's a limit to what HC can stock and distribute.
