A wise choice! I have an HC in .22 and it's a cracker! I would suggest the 95 for next time though.......
For those who posted advice in answer to my request for help in picking a springer, thank you again.
Life is a compromise all too often.
I hefted the HW95 and it was the right weight.
The HW97 didn't feel right this time.
The Pro Sport I decided against, rightly or wrongly, due to maybe future problems with cocking lever.
The choice I have made was to order the TX200HC in beech stock and .22.
My head said the HW95 would be maybe easier to shoot but the Air Arms seemed better built and British (well, sort of if we ignore German barrel and Italian stock)
so I like to support British built stuff where I can and I'll just have to learn to handle the weight when I scope it.
Life's short, especially at my age so time to crack on.
Heart over head?
Thanks again.

My ignore list: <Hidden information>
Depends on usage.
They are all fine rifles for hunting,
but the TX200HC is probably the worst choice of the 3 for plinking.

I shot a 95 and my tx200hc next to each other a few weeks ago. I would say you made the right choice. Just feels right in any situation
I love the 95k in 22
95 or TX200, great rifles and whichever you prefer is the right choice

Enjoy your new rifle - it should prove to be an effective hunter...
Well done that man, a man after my own heart.

Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in
