I have a .22cal tracker
Hi,
My daughter is looking for a spring .177 rifle. She is having big problems finding a full power rifle she can cock (she is fairly small). I thought a side leaver may be easier as the leaver would be closer to her body and pulling with her strongest arm, somebody here has suggested a Webley Tracker?
I live in Cwmbran and am a member of Castleton FT club, Tondu and Cardiff Bay Air Rifle Club.
Is there anybody in the South Wales area we can come to or meet up with that has a full power .177 Webley Tracker? She only needs to try and cock the gun, nothing more than that. We are happy to travel out side South Wales if it gets the job done
Any help appreciated, Thanks.
Rob.
I have a .22cal tracker
There was the Osprey too . Might be heavier than the Tracker though .weighs in at 7¾lb
The BBC produced a short news film on the introduction of the AWL in Scotland.
It featured a slightly built young woman using an Eclipse underlever.
I took her into a shop this evening and they showed her a different way of holding to cock.
It worked and she was able to cock an HW85
With this new way, she almost fully cocked my TX200
Now that really opens up her options
Just buy her an HW30 kit.
Master Debater
She want's full power for longer range in cross winds.
full length barrel on an hw85/95 is pretty easy to cock
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.
Full length Cometa 400 is easy to cock and close to full power too. Just not a popular name.
