I would value the 1930's Diana model 5 at around £90, assuming it has its original sights, which it look as if it does, but difficult to be certain from the photo
You don't state the calibre, but I don't think .177 or .22 would make a lot of difference in price.

Hi the Diana model 5s don't seem to get very good money for what is a very good pre war pistol. l sold one in .177 at Melbourne airgun fair in 2017 for £65 in good condition. and one in the rare .22 very good bluing at the last Kempton fair for £80. the Haenel Mk11 l sold one for £45 in the same condition as yours about 4 years ago. l hope this helps.

There is a nice Prewar .177 Diana 5 on Freeads as we speak, for £165.
High asking price, but comes down to what someone that wants one, is willing to pay.
