These are such strange guns thought I would make a UTube about how it fires. Oddest gun I own?

Nice little video, what a strange mechanism!
Looks in lovely condition.
Thanks for sharing,
Matt.
Really nice air pistol and great video, thank you.
I'm not into (air) pistols but I certainly wouldn't mind owning this one!
It has the "cool factor". A good one to impress friends and family.
Is the barrel rifled?
And where were these made?

Hi Steve,
Thanks for posting the link and sharing the video clip of this quirky German air pistol. it's hard to imagine a more complicated and maybe slightly dangerous cocking mechanism than that of the Hubertus.
I also have an example of the earlier small frame Hubertus which you don't see very often here in the UK.
Regards
Brian

In British slang an anorak is a person who has a very strong interest in niche subjects.
Thanks videos are fun and easy. The rest of the story on this is when I got home from the auction last week, I found the gun had a sawed off barrel that had been badly repaired. Really didn’t work, probably why it was in good condition. Happen that I bought a junker cheap one for parts a couple of years ago, only good part of the gun was the barrel! Sometimes life works out.

That's a great air pistol. Love the loading procedure
it amazes me that these pistols manage to shoot a pellet, especialy in the .22 with such a short spring for power.
Superb German quality nail clippers. Highly recommended. Yes, I play guitar, too. Gotta keep those fretting nails cut close.
