    Would I lie to you.....

Now I know it is not on the shelf at W H Smiths yet, but a sneaky look at the first 50 pages of the best BSA collectors book EVER should be with us this Spring/Summer. I am too daft to be able to convert a file to picture, but with permission from the Author, I can give you an idea of a cover shot.

I’m not particularly interested in BSAs, and even I’m excited by this.

This book has been eagerly awaited for a while. Not a fan of the title though. Any book with 'Collectors' in the title is often perceived to be dated very quickly

Is it Possible to pre order copies from the Author?

I will ask, maybe he will delete the word 'Collectors' on your copies

Not yet as I don't want to take any payments until i have printed material in my hands. Don't worry, there will be plenty to go round once the book has been printed.

I am self publishing and currently formatting 109,000 words and over 500 images into what I hope will be a coherent work.

    Stay tuned, as they say....

Many people expect 'Collectors guides' to include prices and that very quickly Dates them. If the title just says 'Guide' customers expect it to be just that, a furnishing of information and that can be almost timeless.

i'm thinking that John may well be thinking of a wider customer base than just us enthusiasts on here.

Either way, I'm certainly up for a couple of copies
