A quick google to reacquaint myself with it (It's been a while since I last saw one)
Lovely gun sir, I wish you all the very best with it
Hi all,
Well I couldn't resist adding an RWS Excalibre to the collection, saw it on Gunstar at a pretty decent price, just got to wait until it reaches my RFD, lovely looking rifles.
Pete
Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in

Thank you very much, beautiful lines they have.

They are beautiful, long and light air rifles I have the RWS Rapier which is the two shot version. Hope you enjoy your Excalibur
I too had the Rapier and found it just as you say. But it was VERY long . . . . .
I’m confused. I thought springers were the dark side.
No Vegans just like the truth and dislike horrific cruelty to animals like you do really but they don't bury their heads in the sand, I dare you to watch this video

I have a Rapier too - great wood, gorgeous lines, quiet (with mod) and reliably accurate. I believe they were made around the turn of this century (I'm not sure how long for) by FX for RWS. Wish you joy of your Excalibre.
And there's me thinking that Pete's gone and bought himself a 35!
Enjoy, Pete.
THE BOINGER BASH AT QUIGLEY HOLLOW. MAKING GREAT MEMORIES SINCE 15th JUNE, 2013.
NEXT EVENT :- May 17/18, 2025.........BOING!!
Watched it Barry, sadly like everything else in this world it has been shot and no doubt edited with an agenda in mind and while the video may be true and accurate it still has an agenda.
But you are 100% correct that I despise cruelty to animals (and humans) for any reason especially greed.
Apologies to Pete and the mods for going OT
[EDIT]
I should have said above, it definitely wasn't an easy watch that's for sure!
