Hi John
Many congratulations! Well done.
Will be at Kempton!
Myself and mate Mike would like a copy each please!
Best wishes
Chris.
Well we are so lucky to have three great books since the Dennis Hiller editions.
In no particular order
John Griffiths Encyclopedia Spring Air Pistols
Christopher Thrale's book of the Webley Air Rifle
John Milewski's The book of the BSA Air Rifle
In my opinion, I think these and Danny Garvin's online Vintage Airguns Gallery is as good as it gets.
Pay particular attention to the part that states "since the Dennis Hiller editions", which suggests that the OP was talking about post 1993 publications.
The Golden Century and the Lincoln Jeffries & BSA Air Rifles books, by John Knibbs, should probably also be included in the above list as well.

Don't forget the little known John Walter book - Airgun Shooting - Performance Directory and Index of Suppliers from A-Z (Lyon Press 1985) using data produced during the Airgun Book project. Front cover has a picture of Sterling HR83.
It also advertised 2 more publications for publication Autumn 1985 Air Rifles A-Z and Air Pistols A-Z.
Since my purchase of the former (£5.95) I have never seen a copy of these later two for sale, so assumed a project that did not materialise ?.
Anyone have any more information on these books ?

Fixed it for you
I think Peter has a point, in terms of books anyway. The amazing work by John Griffiths, closely followed by those of John Milewski and Chris Thrale, are a cut above what came before. That's not to say the others were not valuable and admirable in their own right, because they undoubtedly were.
