Got to tell us what your using it for mate.. hunting ? Also how big a deal is shot count for you ?
Mostly static shooting, or from a vehicle, or stalking ? NV ?

Not being pedantic, but it makes a difference...

golf course = open = longer ranges

first thing I'd do is suggest .177

    Secondhand.
Bullpuos are a Marmite thing. People buy and eventually find it's not for them. Shops might do a part exchange and they are looking for a quick turnaround, so a good deal could be done for all. Worth a look.

Saw one in Sportsman recently, certainly an interesting looking rifle.

May not strictly be a bullpup but for a compact rifle I'd be looking for an FX Verminator.

Have shot the HW, feels like a well made unit. Good trigger balanced well and better than the standard HW100.
Used a few others like the Kral and Kozak but not as good as the HW.
FX doesnt feel like its as well engineered, its more expensive and FX have more MKs than the ford Escort range!!
Tells they are constantly having to fix issues.

Zbroia Kozak, available from Pellpax in .22 for £580 for the Kozak mk2 or £620 for the Kozak FC. I have owned the mark1 in .177 for 4 years with no problem.
It is regulated, 300 bar cylinder so high shot count in a small form factor. Shrouded barrel so doesn’t need a moderator. Supplied with two magazines.
Although Zbroia have only been producing airguns since about 2012 they have a heritage in hunting rifles and shotguns and latterly have been adapting their hunting rifle designs to make sniper rifles for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who have used them very effectively.
Unfortunately the factory in Kharkiv has been destroyed by Putin’s orcs, but it is still in stock here.

If I was looking for sub 12 then I would probably go the 100 route from an engineering point of view. As Inam looking for FAC and switch barrel then its not on my shopping list. My go to sub 12 is however a modified HW100 sporter recently Ratworked.

Whilst it isnt perfect - the positives for a 100 are many but its finding what fits you.

There are many capable BPs out there too but like anything - don't buy if you cant try.

.177 is bu far the most sensible calibre in sub 12.

With the raft of pellet types and weights..... it offers a very flexible package and beat the .22 if a little more distance is required. .22 has a similar option but you have to go very light for traj and it wont be the same as the better .177.

.22 upwards for FAC air makes sense but sub 12 its .177.
In a battle of wits I refuse to engage with an unarmed person.
