    Hi folks

    Hi from Winchester.

I shoot HFT with my 12yr old son at MVAC. I bought a Daystate Pulsar about 10 months ago, before I really knew what I was going to do with it. We went and had a look at a local paper-punching club, but it turned out their hours would not have suited us; very friendly bunch, but not to be. I discovered MVAC through the Internet and we decided to go along and see what the club was like and find out what HFT was in November last year. Loved it. We are now full members and shoot several times a week.

One of the MVAC members who is also on here has been incredibly encouraging and given a lot of useful advice; probably the most useful being that the Daystate was a great gun but perhaps not best suited to HFT, which has resulted in the addition of a couple of HFT500s. I am sure that there are those of you who think the Pulsar is the ultimate tin chicken killer, I still think it is a great gun but the HFT500 is superb for the purpose it was built for - I have had some work done to make them better in my opinion and am trying hard to source an Aeron stock to take my primary gun to where I want it to be.

    All the best...
