Hello everyone.
I purchased this Crosman 600 from Tim Dyson about a year ago. It worked fine at first, and has had around 200 pellets through it.
Then there began to be stoppages. I collect vintage springer air pistols and air rifles, and this is the only 'pcp' pistol I have.
Essentially, what happens is that after the first shot, the next pellet gets crushed in the loading gate. Apologies for creating my own terminology, I hope you will understand what I mean.
So the first pellets shoots out, and the second pellet gets caught in the landing gate. It seems to me that this gate is swinging out too far, and doesn't have any tension. I don't have a good working example to compare mine too, and have never handled any other examples of this pistol, so I am at a loss to work out what is going wrong.
I have taken some photos and attach them here. https://imgur.com/a/agtyAmQ.
I live part-time in Essex, and part-time in Richmond, so am hoping to find someone who knows these pistols who could help me.
Best regards to all.
Will

Thanks to those who recommended I talk to Lawrie about my Crosman 600. It had several issues, which Lawrie found and sorted out, with his in depth knowledge of this pistol. It was a real pleasure to meet him, a true gent.
