Pre war no knurling
Post war long knurling
After 1948ish shorter knurling
So, as I asked this morning post #9 (no one replied as yet) you’re saying there is no difference in pre war, post war Senior barrels?

noticing also the trigger differences;bottom pistol slim trigger, next 2 up curly and fairly slim, next 2 curly and chunkier.
Ok i now have a nice pair of barrels here (bit like buses, 2 turn up at once)
They are both lovely blue with what looks like original linkages. no signs they have been messed with …
The .22s has a shorter longlink than the one marked .22
Both have knurling the same length?
The frankenpistol which started me looking at this is fitted with a barrel where the knurling is perhaps 10mm longer.
Interesting…..
Gun control means using both hands.
Where did you end up getting them urx?

I got them from fleabay at a huge and ridiculous cost ....for the pair.
what turned up was way better than the picture suggested.
Nice original blue and tight low use linkages that look to be original.
There arent any new ones being made so I guess at some point they will increase in value to near what I paid lool
Gun control means using both hands.
Ahh, well done - I thought Steve might have sold you the one he offered me!
