hello, i have a stoeger a-tac suppressor, and surprisingly the gas ram has failed, does anyone have one to sell or know where i could obtain one, failing that, if i convert to spring, i was wondering which spring to use? thanks in advance.
What is the diameter of the rod sticking out of the ram.
8mm or 10mm?
Repariere nicht, was nicht kaputtist.
.177 or .22
I may have something.

Is it 12Ftp or FAC? Sportwaffen Schneider sells parts for Stoeger. FAC gasram kits as well. I bought them there. They may be able to get you 12Ftp kit

Tried a rammer by buying a Remington.
Found it to be about 7fpe with a slow but slamming firing cycle.
Spent some time looking for replacement rams, it seems to have a cheaply built gas ram that has too much friction in the seals, I think the nasty "slam" in the firing cycle is due to the piston landing forward after the pellet had left the barrel.
Bought a Titan spring for this (picked it from measuring length and diameters of action) and machined up a spring guide for it. This has restored the power, much nicer shot cycle and it more accurate!
Not really a good intro to gas rams, I expect a more expensive ram would work a lot better.
hi, to be fair, it was pushing about 11.5 ftp and shot quite well, but piston departed from ram rod, still worked, but about 5ftp and sometimes would not cock due to piston turning sideways in ram and restricting stroke, hopefully can source the correct ram, or down the spring road.....
John knibbs has some in stock £40.
I have one but it's a bit hot in a .22 needs to go I a .177.
I have another I found on the bench. Unknown as to what it came from.
Is there a code on yours? Something like bt6 or bt9.
