Mk 1 Airsporter still have one.
I always thought that there was something cool that I liked about underleavers ever since my first Airsporter and being used to the Meteor BB.
Anyone else prefer fixed barrels?
Have a look at this small collection this guy has just out of interest

Mk 1 Airsporter still have one.
Not my favourite yet...but..just bought a Prosport. 22
because it is like the old Airsporter..but far better.
Never had one before, one on the bucket list..lol.
It shoots nicely, very accurate with Accupell sized to 5.51 and is a very well made tool by the look of it.
My favourite is a full length .177 TX200 MK3 FT gun and yes, I prefer the fixed barrel guns.
I dare say soo they will be equals ..the Prosport is pretty good

Bsa standard & Imp mod D, Bsa light pattern for bell target. I have had modern rifles but keep coming back to these, never really bettered.
One of these days i will build me a special, i have a beat up old Standard with good barrel & internals, It will get a nice stock, rekord trigger unit & built in scope mounts with a classy all steel scope.
BSA Merlin -- just a junior rifle, not very powerful but a great little vintage plinker.
HW77, without doubt.
Put on heading 270, assume attack formation
Prosport in .177 flavour.

When we were about 10 a friend's dad taught us to shoot a with a Diana underlever
I have had a soft spot for them ever since
The cream of the crop (mass production wise) is the TX200
Tony is just wrong

Out of the ones I've owned, the HW77 for it's accuracy. Airsporters for looks. That videos got me thinking I need a Diana, TX or Eclipse in my life...and regret not buying an LGV when they were current.
Having said that, my late '50'/early '60's Mk 3 is probably the last gun I'd sell.

For looks, an Airsporter Stutzen but I imagine the Hermans romp all over it on performance.
