Had mine for almost six years with flawless performance. The worst thing that happened to it was when I slipped climbing over a wet stone stile while lamping and fell heavily and mostly on my chest but although the metalwork and scope was untouched, one side of the gunstock was fairly badly grazed on contact with the stone stile steps.
A few days later I sent the air rifle back to Theoben who stripped it down, serviced it and sent it back in perfect condition, I sanded out the stock damage to an acceptable condition myself.
It served me well for two years before I eventually sold it.
Should add, as a result of the fall I sustained three cracked ribs which were bloody painful !
