When I looked to order last year you couldn't buy tax free. So it seemed that you'd pay Euro VAT and UK VAT and import duty. Maybe I misunderstood?.
Usually one person places the order, accepts delivery, pays duty if needed, then spreads the cost of delivery and forward posting between everyone.
