Epoch single shot tray?

Hi folks.

Has anyone seen a single shot loader for the Skout Epoch anywhere?

I hate the worm drive magazines especially when shooting light pellets, they tend to get all bent out of shape.

Anyway, if you have any ideas please let me know.

Hmm, well a quick search has just brought up loads of people with problems.

It's not so much that I think I have a magazine problem, I just far prefer to load singularly. There's no pellet deformation, I get a quick chance to glance at each pellet as it's loaded, and to be honest I just enjoy the process.

I have one in .177, and found jsb pellets work well with the magazine with two turns of the magazine spool for tensioning. Strangely it will not shoot H&N 8`s at all, jamming in the barrel for some reason, only exiting the barrel with `dryfiring` 4 or 5 times, that is with the plus liner, best pellet I have found is the jsb exact 4.53 producing less than 5p groups at 56 yds. You can single feed pellets but it is bloody awkward and a single shot adaptor would be useful for single shot shooting.

A guy I know had 10mins with one and said he could almost drop each pellet onto the previous at 50yds, he’s a tight bugger but is so close to buying one, although he hated the onboard commentary he’s hooked

I have one in .25 fac and it’s one awesome bit of kit , Ihave had to de grease the spool valve though
