I really don’t understand how the Acvoke and Thunderbolt Junior pistols which are obvious copies of the Tell 2 design were produced without some form of patent infringement.

I suppose you can say most airguns are a copy of an earlier gun, but I was thinking of these the other day.
The repeating Gamos with a tube on top of the the cylinder, copies the Relum Repetier https://forum.vintageairgunsgallery....elly-repeater/
The Gamo Falcon and Center pistols with the flip out tap copy the Relum Hurricane https://forum.vintageairgunsgallery....tols/#post-653
And the Gamo Cf20 with the pop up tap, copies the little Bsa Merlin https://forum.vintageairgunsgallery....lin/#post-2337
Cooler than Mace Windu with a FRO, walking into Members Only and saying "Bitches, be cool"

I have a nice Telly Repetier and I really like it. Fitted a floating spring guide and it shoots sized bb’s really well.
I’ll have to dust that off and take it down the range.
Haven’t had that out in over three years, it’s criminal to think what’s lurking at the back of the gun cabinets waiting to be shot.
Thanks for reminding me,
Matt
It's not very often that something genuinely new is developed - most commercial designs of most things (not just airguns) are just reworking of somebody else's ideas.
Look at car design - there literally hasn't been anything new for decades (I'm not including the electric hate that dare not speak it's name).
