Fish n chips is normally cooked and served at the pub on proper plates with cutlery. Unfortunately, last weekend they didn’t have a chef which is why they were ordered and delivered to the pub by the local Chippy.
Bring a fork anyway as it’s useful for waking people up that fall asleep around the fire in the early hours

A fork is useful for the Saturday curry unless you have already bent it around the fire

I think you can get the berserker lager from b and m mate, vaguely remember seeing it but wasn’t brave enough to sup it at the bash 🤣🤣🤣

I seem to remember once seeing some large cans of high strength, Nordic-sounding lager in Lidl? Not sure if it was a limited time line or regularly stocked? Vox or Vaux or something? As said, you can sometimes come across interesting tipples in places like B&M and Home Bargains.

What I want to know is where the heck can you buy one litre cans of 10% lager ? I think they were from the 80's ?

That big bag of Bombay Mix was great, whoever brought that ? , might look for that as a must bring

I bought the Bombay mix, it came from an independent supermarket I drive past with work.
The 1Ltr lager? It was a gift, but to be honest, I won't be quaffing that again.

Its that Viking labled stuff isn't it, probably wont be in for August but September Lidl should have have its Festibeer i that comes in the same size Can.

Tonys now made me realise the next Birthday is closer than I thought, 'orrible thought but then maybe able to raid the sales table because of it so swing's and roundabouts, also if my calculations are right (and again not elsewhere that time) I should be able to Hotel and sleep well.
