    Primers

Just had a look round the stands at Bisley.
    £25 a 100 for most primers.
What shocked me was £25 a 100 for CCi percussion caps.

Jeez! Glad I stocked up a while back.

Actually if I sold all I’ve got I could buy a new car!

Wow. Equally glad I stocked up. Bought a load of Remington #10 and 11 from some gun shop in north Cambridgeshire I stumbled across back in about 2017 or so. They were £5.85 per 100. Also have plenty of CCI 209 primers left from previous visits to Clay & Game. Thankful I don’t need to be buying more for a while.

NRA armoury are better value, though they limit how much you can buy (2 trays I believe).
