For Sale:

A late 1930's DIANA MODELL 5 .177 break barrel air pistol in its original box:

The top of the cylinder marked DIANA infront of the Diana arrowed trademark. The left side of the cylinder stamped: MADE IN GERMANY MODELL 5 D.R.P.

Underneath the barrel stamped: .177 4,5m/m

This pistol is in superb original condition, full blued finish, unmarked screw heads, and the beech stock similarly in perfect order with all its original varnish. 95% mint really.

The Diana is still in its original carton with the attractive yellow label with a picture of the pistol across it, and 'Diana' in red. The box is all complete, some repair to the corners and edges, but overall in very good order.
The label itself is clean and undamaged.

These pre war Modell 5's are made to the same standard as all the pre war Diana air guns; that is to say all full steel construction, quality chequered hardwood stock, basically built to last for ever.
Tall barleycorn foresight, and simple leaf spring rear sight with wheel.
Obviously a very little used item, these are fairly common as a well used pistol, but not in this wonderful boxed condition!
