Hopefully getting the Weaver/Picatinny rail for the Sirocco 2000 form the engineering firm this week
It should attach to the scope mounting points
Means I can fit any scope I want and use a double strap mount to hold the scope securely
So the plan this weekend is more ramming than boinging

I’ve been shuffling glass around different rifles this morning. Now got three rifles to re zero 🙈 put one of those little white tails I got off Nick onto my scirocco 2000 swapped the larger whitetail off that onto the taunus and swapped the Hawke that was on my 99 for a weaver that I got from Pete a few bashes ago. All change! 🤣🤣🤣

That rail sounds to be a very useful addition, Pete.

    Happy turret twiddling, chaps.

On my tea break I have just seen an article which advises people to keep rats out of their gardens using 3 natural ingredients
Not 1 of them is lead!!

Well, if lead wasn't to be used, a Jack Russell or feisty Tom would certainly keep numbers down. One of our moggies, soft as a brush with me and best mates with dear old Bremby Dog was an awesome rat catcher.

If using an airgun isn't practical, do you tend to favour traps or poison, Chris? Guessing it depends on the situation, nature of the location, public access etc?

But being able to supply that precision killer blow with an airgun pellet through the brainbox (the .22 Hobby was always my fave) is definitive and fun.
