    Great selection there !

It's looking like a meeting of the most iconic & well loved rifles is on the cards

But I think that, even when the image isn't superbly clear, as long as you can see the circular target, your brain centres the cross hairs anyway. Would love better glass. But, to me, that would mean better quality and clarity, not so much those bigger numbers. Many a Quigley Bucket has been toppled using a 4x32!
The only way I could hit the bucket with a 4x32 is if it was duck taped to a cricket bat

I agree about clarity, it just costs so much it's like the price for increases in clarity / quality goes up exponentially

If I can find the time to check the power on my AA510 & change the hammer spring I might even bring that, haven't used it in ages, seeing as Brian does free top ups. Plus it's .22 like the 35e.

I love 2-7x32 for airguns too, Tony. Or 3-9x40 at a push for my boingers.
I picked up a really nice Vortex Viper 3-9x with BDC ret for my Longbow but just recently took a punt on a Vector optics Matiz 2-7x32 for my HW50 Vitesse. It has their 'MOA' reticle and seems pretty decent. Sadly it's fixed PX and, as with most manufacturers they set it at 100yds so on full 7x at airgun ranges it's not quite fuzz free but it's usable. Drop the mag to 5x and it's fine. I've had a look to see if I'd be able to adjust it but it doesn't look like the obj end will unscrew to get to the carrier ring.

Not to worry though, at under 55 quid new (from OW) I reckon it's value for money. Ideally I'd love a Leup 2-7x33 on there but at 400 quid new, it's too rich for me & they don't often come up 2nd hand.

To get my excuse in now I don't like cut out shooting tables as it stops me resting my left arm.

It seems odd that ranges do that and not just leave shooting bays square. I think it works for all shooting styles and is ambidextrous to boot.

Sorry to foil that excuse, but this being a well thought out & set up venue, they have lefty tables

    Update on numbers

Unfortunately three people have had to drop out, so this means that as of now there are three places available for this meet up

If you click on this link; https://doncaster-airgun-range.co.uk/ & then on the 360 picture you can see the table on lane 3 is for lefties. There may be more.

I think we need a show of lefty hands !

I'm left handed, but right eye dominant so shoot right handed. I also play pool (badly) right handed. Cricket or golf bats right handed (again, badly) but darts I can chuck with either. Never sure which bit of the board they'll hit though
