    Drulov Condor HELP!

Today I purchased a Drulov DU 10 at an auction, upon inspection all seemed good it cocked and dry fired, but upon getting it home and popping in a new 12g co2 bulb I could hear air rushing out of it. TO THE INTERNET....
I found an excellent video on youtube showing the deconstruction of the pistol, so I cleared my bench and opened her up. This is where I hoped to find a damaged ball seal! (a 3mm or so plastic bush) But alas there wasn't one there.
I found a company in Poland selling them but wondered if anyone new of a UK stockist?

    Many thanks

    James

yeah, that ball or rather it's seal is always what fails. it's an easy repair if you can find one... there's one (the cylindrical seal) on e6ay from poland for £36

Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

Poland is only over the way, that pistol had to come from Drulovia a bit to the south. Order now before Putin sends his tanks in and interrupts the washer supply.

Silly question but was the gun cocked when you put the CO2 cartridge in?

    question

Are you certain that the plastic seal is absent ? It can be hard to tell sometimes as some of them are black in colour.
I have successfully made the valve seals out of ptfe rod , Anyone with a lathe could make one if they have the dimensions.

There are options for seal materials, and they are very easy to make on the lathe from nylon 66, Delrin, polyurethane. I would not use ptfe as it is malleable and soft. I have an original seal which has a metal ring the ball bearing seals on. Black Delrin is the most common material I have found used.

I could have posted you a seal kit for £10 but last one I posted to viper23 said he never received it so I refunded his payment. Unfortunately it has put me off supplying the kits. You will find the exhaust seal is very easy to make.
