Bought a near mint boxed late .177 Brum Tempest a few years back, & I echo your comments. To use, it is probably my last favourite Webley pistol to shoot of the ones I've owned. Since a pre war steel grip Junior back in the day (70's )I've loved Webley pistols. Fave is an early Hurricane in .22.
